What Kukoda is

Kukoda is an AI-powered content generation tool that helps you turn videos, podcasts, and articles into social media posts written in your voice. We're currently in a waitlist/pre-launch phase. The full product isn't publicly available yet.

Your account

Right now, the only thing you can do is join our waitlist with your email. When we launch the full app, you'll create an account, and these additional terms will apply:

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You need to provide accurate information when signing up.
• One person, one account. Don't share accounts.

Acceptable use

Use Kukoda for its intended purpose: creating content. Don't use it to:

• Generate spam, misleading content, or anything designed to deceive
• Create content that's illegal, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on someone else's rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or abuse our systems
• Resell or redistribute Kukoda's services without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

Your content

The content you create using Kukoda is yours. You own it. We don't claim any rights to the posts, text, or other output generated through the platform. You're responsible for what you publish. Make sure it doesn't violate anyone else's copyright or rights.

AI output disclaimer

Kukoda uses AI to generate content. While we work hard to make the output sound like you and be high quality, AI isn't perfect. You should always review and edit generated content before publishing. We're not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated output.

Service availability

We do our best to keep Kukoda running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kukoda and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the service. This includes lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email if you're on our waitlist or have an account. Continued use of Kukoda after changes means you accept the updated terms.
